This website sets no tracking cookies, contains no advertising, and loads nothing from Google, Meta or any similar service. Fonts are delivered from our own server, so no request goes to Google Fonts. The map is only loaded after you have expressly allowed it. If you send us the enquiry form, the details go to our own mailbox and nowhere else.

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you call up a page, technical data is processed on servers in the European Union. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable presentation of our website. A data processing agreement including the EU standard contractual clauses is in place with the provider.

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address in shortened form. This data is not merged with other data sources. It is stored for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

If you use the form we process the child's first name and school year, your name, the telephone number or email address you give us, the subject and free-text message, and the plan you selected with the slider. We use these details solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible enrolment.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for steps prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Where you have given consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR applies and you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

Enquiries that do not lead to an enrolment are deleted six months after the last contact. Where an enrolment follows, statutory commercial and tax retention periods of six and ten years apply.

The tick box for the Bildungs- und Teilhabepaket and the optional field asking which benefit your family receives are both voluntary. Both fields say so. We process this information only on the basis of your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, and only in order to bring the correct application form to your first appointment.

We pass this information to the Jobcenter or the Stadt Duisburg only if you sign the application yourself and ask us to. Nothing is forwarded automatically. If you do not want to give this information, tutoring is available to you on exactly the same terms.

This site uses no cookies for analysis or advertising. We store one entry in your browser's local storage that records the choice you made in the cookie notice and whether you allowed the map to load. It contains no identifier and is not sent to any server. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. Legal basis: § 25 (2) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

We do not embed a live map. Until you press the button you see only a simple drawing that is part of this website. If you press the button, map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom; your IP address is transmitted to that service in the process. Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time by reloading the page and choosing differently.

The fonts Sen and Nunito Sans are delivered from our own server. No connection to Google servers is established when you visit this site.

Details about a child are always entered by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 directly. Legal basis: Art. 8 GDPR in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR.

You have the right to obtain information about the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16), erased (Art. 17) or restricted (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The price slider on this page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.

We adapt this privacy policy when we change something on the site or when the legal position changes. The current version always applies.
